Hi, I’m Hannah’s mom, and I want to share my side of her story. Watching her transformation over the last nine months has been incredible. When we first sat in this room back in August of 2021, Hannah was in tears. She didn’t think she could do it. But we took it one day at a time, one meal at a time, and slowly, she did it.
The change in Hannah is remarkable. As we drove here today, I couldn’t help but smile and tell her, “Look at you! You’re laughing!” Just a few months ago, she was so sad, and now, her eyes are bright again. Her confidence has returned, and her health is unbelievable compared to where she started.
Hannah is taking risks now, making decisions, and living life in a way that I couldn’t have imagined a year ago. If anyone out there is even remotely considering this Protocol, my advice is to give it a try. It works, and I would do it all over again for the results we’ve seen.
Supporting Someone Through the Program
For those who are supporting a loved one through this journey, my biggest advice is to get involved. Join them in the process. At home, we changed our diet and habits to support Hannah. We stocked the house with foods that fit the program, making it easier for her to stick with it. We ate the same meals so she didn’t feel like she was on her own in this. It made all the difference.
Her siblings and I changed our eating habits too, and it became a family effort. We even discovered a new love for organic foods and healthier alternatives! It’s important that the person going through the program feels supported and that everyone is on board with their journey.
